I paint portraits of horses and other pets in acrylic, typically on deep framed board. I paint the sides as if they were part of the painting so there is no need to have the art framed. But you can if you want to.
I use your digital photos of your pet as reference for my art. I paint pretty much what I see, so the better composed, focused, and lit your photo is, the better chance I have of rendering your pet accurately and creatively.
Getting started on purchasing a custom portrait from me cannot be easier! Simply select the size or budget for your painting and once I receive payment, I will contact you via email to start the process. So, start looking for some great pictures of your pet, or get that camera out and start shooting! (don’t scare the horses!)
